Join Asahi Beverages as an Administration Coordinator and step into a dynamic role that's pivotal to our nationwide operations. As part of our Selling Equipment & Technical Services team, you'll be at the heart of our business, supporting functional managers and ensuring seamless administrative processes.

Based in our **Keilor Park** facility, this role will also support the National Logistics Manager, the Asset & Procurement Manager and the Service Managers in various logistics, asset management and service support activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive support to functional managers.
- Efficiently manage shared mailboxes, promptly resolving queries and escalating issues as needed.
- Take charge of data reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Spearhead the creation and implementation of SOPs, optimising existing processes.
- Manage invoice creation and follow-up, ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Assist logistics with sales queries, addressing escalations promptly.
- Review and adjust asset allocations to maintain accurate accounts.

**About You**

We are seeking an individual that has clear communication skills and an ability to operate autonomously. A professional and personable person who is hard working and knows how to have fun with their colleagues.
- Strong administrative background, ideally with logistics, service, or asset management exposure.
- Track record of continuous improvement and meeting operational targets.
- Proficiency Excel, with excellent reporting skills.
- CRM (salesforce is highly desirable) and/or SAP experience.
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively.
- Strong multitasking abilities without compromising quality.
