A rewarding and fast-paced role, you’ll be responsible for the integration and synchronisation of our three systems - Oracle, Kronos and IChris.

From building workflows, performing payroll health-checks to reporting and compliance - you’ll be our go-to systems expert.

- Experience and knowledge of award systems, classifications and EBA interpretation
- You’re tenacious, persistent, and most importantly patient. You solve problems, you drive continuous improvement, but you use a balance and perspective to achieve long term goals

- Bursting with ideas - you’ll be able to identify and implement improvement initiatives without being asked
