**Talent Acquisition Consultant**
**Employment Term: Full Time Ongoing**
**Location: Choose a hub that’s close to home**
**Salary: $81,000 plus superannuation**

You will have a growth mindset, be adaptable, solution orientated, outcome driven and have the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

**As a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will**
- Seek out new opportunities to promote Everyday Independence at universities.
- Work collaboratively with the Senior TA Consultant to look at new and innovative ways to recruit.

**Your Everyday**
If you were here last week, these are some of the things you would have:

- Completed reference checks using the platform Referoo.
- Attended a weekly team meeting within your hub as well as a TA Team daily huddle.
- Shared a joke and a laugh with your team mates.

**To be successful in this role, you will be**:

- A recruiter with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet monthly targets.
- Passionate about Recruitment and getting the right fit.
- People focused - we love people and finding the best people to fit our roles.
- Experience recruiting Allied Health Assistants and Administration roles within the disability sector, however this is not essential.
- Adaptable, confident, and courageous in your conversations.
- Innovative and forward thinking about how we recruit.
- A great communicator with the ability to manage relationships.
- Committed to growing and developing yourself and the people around you.
- Able to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children’s Check.
