**THE COMPANY**:
Psychology practice located at Menai.

**THE POSITION**:
This entry level position comes with training, however if you have 12 months office experience that would be highly regarded.

Your willingness to learn, bubbly personality and high attention to detail will see you secure this role.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Greeting and creating a friendly atmosphere for clients
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Take and record accurate phone messages
- Liaise with clients and their families in a compassionate manner
- Liaise with GPs, other health professionals and their staff
- Make / change appointments
- Fax, scan, and electronic filing of documents
- Ensure the practice rooms remain clean, tidy and accessible to all
- Assisting management with administrative duties
- MS Office - Word & Excel

**HOURS**: Depending on the day of the week - 9.30 - 4.00pm, 10.00 am - 6.00 pm

**DAYS**: 3 Days per Week - Either Tues, Wed, Thurs or Wed, Thurs & Fri

**LOCATION**: Menai

**WORK TYPE**: Permanent Part Time

**SALARY**: $25-28/hour
