Medical Receptionist

We are excited to announce the opening of PrimeMedix Medical Centre in Menai as of 18th August and are currently seeking experienced Medical Receptionists to join our welcoming and professional team. We are recruiting for a number of positions. Varied shift hours available (morning shift 8AM-3PM and afternoon shift 2:30PM-6:30PM)

**Positions Available**:

- 3 Part-Time Roles
- Morning Shift: Wednesday & Friday 8AM - 3PM)
- Afternoon Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM
- One role is **2 days/week**, the other is **3 days/week**

**What We’re Looking For**:
Previous medical reception experience is essential
Confident and friendly communication style
Strong administrative and computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Knowledge of medical software (e.g., Best Practice or similar) is a plus

**Your Role Will Include**:

- Welcoming patients and managing appointments
- Answering phones and handling enquiries
- Billing and Medicare processing
- Supporting our team of GPs and allied health professionals
- Maintaining a clean and organised front desk environment

Pay: $27.99 - $38.00 per hour
