Marketing Technology Platform Manager

We have a fantastic permanent full-time opportunity for a Marketing Technology Platform Manager to support our Digital Media team.
This is a unique opportunity to manage our marketing technology platforms including Salesforce, Branch, and Swrve (mobile marketing platform), by creating a partnership with the vendors, reviewing, influencing & circulating roadmaps, managing quarterly business reviews as well as, where necessary, contract reviews.
This role will be based in Sydney and offers the perfect balance between in-person collaboration and the freedom to work from home.

**About the Opportunity
**Reporting to the Senior Media Manager, your main responsibilities will includes, but are not limited to:
- **Management of multiple partners**:Form a strong working relationship between us and our partners to foster trust and collaboration. Program and budget management of each of these partners and development of joint business plans where applicable
- **Communication of platform roadmap and benefits**:Presenting to a wide number of stakeholders including senior management, campaign delivery, product and finance the reasons why we should invest effort into utilising a platform or a feature the platforms have developed
- **Maximising the usage of the platforms and uncovering overlaps**:Reviewing and driving the utilisation of all the capabilities the platforms have to offer which align with our business goals, whilst also ensuring there is little overlap between the platforms we are utising across the ecosystem.
- **Development of new features**:Work closely with the product manager to consult on the development of new features, as agreed with Senior Leadership
- **Monitoring of platform feedback**:Gather feedback about platform performance from stakeholders across the group including senior leadership, delivery & product to improve the operational effectiveness of the platforms

- **Stakeholder Engagement**:you will be responsible for interacting with various stakeholders, both internal and external. Your ability to effectively engage and collaborate with different teams and individuals will be essential to ensure successful implementation and utilisation of the platform.
- **Commercial Acumen**:you will be evaluating marketing technology platforms from a commercial perspective. You will need to possess a deep understanding of commercial modules to assess the cost-effectiveness of different platforms. This knowledge will help you make informed decisions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.
- **Project Management**:you will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the marketing technology platforms. Strong project management skills will enable you to drive projects forward, set clear goals and timelines, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure successful project delivery.
- **Understanding of Marketing Technology/Advertising Technology **(such as Salesforce, Marketo, Oracle, Braze, Airship, CleverTap): you have a solid understanding of marketing technology and advertising technology landscapes. This knowledge will enable you to stay abreast of the latest trends, identify suitable solutions, and align technology with marketing and advertising objectives.
