In this role as Learning and Development Lead, you will plan, develop, and manage delivery of effective learning & development solutions to support the growth and development of our people and business nationally. The core role objectives are to: - Ensure both our clinical and support staff are effectively skilled on Empower’s systems and processes - Ensure an effective program of mandatory and professional development training - Support Empowers' transformation agenda to ensure staff are effectively trained and supported through business changes Based in the modern Morris Moor complex in Moorabbin, this hands-on role will see you taking on the following key responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies, programs, and policies that are in line with the overall business strategy - Design and deliver training programs, content and artefacts to support delivery of our transformation agenda - Design and deliver engaging learning programs that align with business objectives and enhance employee performance - Implement staff training and competency management framework. - Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs for different teams and individuals - Leverage L&D data to measure the impact, effectiveness and return on investment of L&D initiatives. - Own and manage the annual training calendar - Manage our New Graduate Development Program - Manage relationships with external training providers and educational institutions to enhance employee development opportunities. **Do you have what it takes?** - Tertiary qualifications in learning and development, HR or a relevant field - 5+ years demonstrated experience in a similar Learning and Development roles - Expertise and extensive experience creating learning material and delivering training in classroom and e-learning settings - Hard working and outcome driven, you’ll have excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise time and manage multiple initiatives - Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning methodologies, and evaluation techniques - Proven exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels - Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office and L&D tools such as Talent LMS, Articulate 360 and video editing software - Cert IV in training and assessment highly desirable but not essential **What’s on offer?** - Competitive Salary - Great working environment and culture - Paid external professional development and study leave - Employee discount and benefits portal - Employee Assistance Program - Loyalty service awards including vouchers, annual dinner and company sponsored holidays - Quarterly Employee Recognition Program - Lucrative referral bonus **The Position** We are seeking a Community Support Officer/Scheduler to join our team due to our continuous growth. Reporting into the Community Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for: - Liaising with clients/carers to schedule allied health services - Responding to telephone calls, messages, booking requests and inquiries from clients, carers and internal and external stakeholders regarding cancellations or changes to scheduled services - Initial administration on AlayaCare for new referrals - Responding to requests regarding the rostering of client service - Data entry and general office duties **Do you have what it takes?** We are looking for someone with a high degree of initiative, that takes ownership of their work and demonstrates a "can do" attitude.
