**About the role**
Due to business growth, we are looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to support our Learning and Development Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to expand on their experience in Learning and Development. Based out of our Moorabbin office, this role is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of the Learning and Development initiatives and programs that align with our business strategy and increase talent density across the organisation.
**Requirements**:
At efm no two days are the same However, the core duties of the role are to:
- Coordinate training nationally in accordance with the L&D schedule including scheduling and managing attendance, room booking and set up, distribution of training material and catering
- Facilitate efm Induction program and other training sessions as required
- Assist with the design and execution of the Learning and Development framework that aligns with business strategy
- Assist with planning, developing and implementation of learning content and reporting as required
- Act as the first point of contact for all Learning and Development queries and assists with administration support across the function
**Skills and experience**:
- Strong Learning and Development background (with at least 2+ years relevant experience) with knowledge of Learning and Development principles and practices, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant Tertiary qualification
- Experience facilitating training sessions, in-person and online
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and customer service by delivering agreed outcomes in time and adapting to changing priorities
- Familiarity of e-learning platforms and practices
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
