With 20 years of expertise in outdoor furniture, Remarkable Outdoor Living has been dedicated to bringing some of the most unique and exciting range of designer outdoor furniture to Australian households. Our brand reflects our commitment to product quality and service value. We have 6 stores across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. And we are going to open a new one soon, very soon.

**The Role**

Remarkable Outdoor Living is looking for a growth specialist to drive all things digital. This role will report to our Head Of Marketing, Dean Long, and will work cross-functionally throughout the business to ensure the omnichannel approach is consistent and clear across online & in-store.

In this role, you will dive into all things marketing & growth. As a small team, you’re guaranteed to be super hands-on, working cross-functionally on various tasks that accelerate the growth of the entire business.

**What You Will Work On**:

- **Social Communication**: Work with the graphic designers to ensure a steady drumbeat coverage of Remarkable’s organic social media content & aditorial content.
- **Ecommerce**: Coordinate cross-department for our festive promotions online & in-store.
- Influencer: Work with our Business Development Manager, Leanne, to grow our influencer campaign.
- **Paid Media**: Work with Dean to optimise our paid media campaigns.

**Where and how we work**:
We offer a flexible and family-friendly work environment. For the first three months, This is an in-person role based in Sydney.

We currently have offices in Pymble, Sydney, but you are welcome to go to any store in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. And you are welcome to WFH once you get yourself settled here.

We are looking for someone full-time, but are open to part-time while you finish your studies.

There will be the need for some collaboration outside of a “normal” 9-5 as we are a highly-functioning company, but we aim to work asynchronously where possible.

**What a day could look like for a growth specialist in Remarkable?**
- Daily standup with Dean to discuss your plan for today.
- Coordinate with graphic designers to get some images & content for our social media.
- Approach potential influencers and work with big partners like Magazines, local papers, and local eCommerce bizs for collaborations.
- Liaise with SEO & paid media agencies to optimise our organic paid media campaign.
