**Growth Operations Specialist**

Our Growth Operations Specialist will bring greater efficiency to the business and solve some of our most critical organisational problems. They will research and study our organisational structures, methods, systems and procedures - And figure out a way for them all to work more efficiently.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- assisting and enabling various functions to develop and achieve objectives and strategies which have customer satisfaction as the key outcome
- ensure individual departments within the revenue function have use of the appropriate resources across the business to facilitate growth
- understand our organisational shortcomings through data driven insights and how we can address them through processes as we grow
- constantly analyse and evaluate our revenue teams current systems and structures, removing any operational obstacles, ensuring they are aligned to enable our growth
- hold workshops cross functionally with teams to present and discuss current resources and structures, lending context to the wider revenue team of company health
- developing solutions using revenue tools to critical organisational problems
- analysing existing and proposed methods and procedures to ensure they achieve desired growth outcomes
- Identify ways to automate processes, make suggestions for the infrastructure road map, be an SME for internal stakeholders
- System owner for revenue operation tools monitoring of infrastructure performance, identifying issues, troubleshooting, providing necessary training and support to the end customer.
- providing recommendations and advising best practice on any proposals, revising how we operate including having the ability to alter work flows to resolve challenges across all functions
- Work with stakeholders to implement any approved recommendations across the business, issuing revised instructions and procedure manuals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and relevant
- reviewing all operating procedures, continuously optimising them for our scale and growth

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sydney, NSW 2000
