
Receptionist - Full Time - 70k+super

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage incoming telephone enquiries, including responding to general enquiries and redirecting calls as appropriate, and relaying messages in a timely manner.
- Coordinate travel bookings, and courier requests and negotiating the rescheduling of meetings and appointments where appropriate.
- Provide secretarial support to meetings including meeting room set up and clearing, compilation, and distribution of agenda papers, taking meeting minutes and liaising with external stakeholders to obtain information as required.
- Coordinate the purchase of office supplies in the Head Office and managing the maintenance of equipment, including obtaining quotes, processing accounts and invoices for payments.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- A combination of relevant experience and/or education and training in a professional administrative position.
- At least 1 year of demonstrated experience in providing a broad range of reception and administrative support or customer service experience
