The Carlton office (Port Melbourne team) is searching for a new Team Leader. Our new dynamic leader will enjoy an independent, autonomous and hybrid work model that gives you the power to drive your team.

**The Role**
We are searching for an inspirational leader to match the great energy of our Port Melbourne team. The office culture is friendly, supportive and flexible with the ideal leader being someone who can motivate and drive our team's performance to new heights.
With a focus on outcomes, we are looking for a fun, hardworking and ambitious individual to do the following:
- Responsible for the day to day effective and productive operations of the Port Melbourne office
- Assist Little to meet its business objectives, by maintaining a consistent focus on the coaching and development of team members
- Provide leadership and a structured coaching plan to the Property Managers, Leasing Consultants and Reception
- Demonstrate our values at all times and create a work environment that reflects them.
- Foster a culture of service excellence and drive continuously improved results
- Engage with external and internal stakeholders
Previous experience in a similar leadership role and a great track record of relationship management and customer service. You will also have:
- The ability and confidence to take initiative and responsibility of an established team
- Proven leadership and team building skills within property services
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to constant change
- Passion, honesty, professionalism with a can-do attitude
- A current driver’s license and your own car
- You will hold a current Agent's Representative certificate. A current real estate license is also desirable
- Knowledge of both local and national real estate markets
