The Department of Justice and Community Safety (DJCS) aims to build a just, safe, and resilient Victoria.
The Recruitment Services team within People, Safety, Culture and Communications provide expert consultation and support to DJCS on all recruitment related matters.
**About the Role**
Fixed term until 31/12/2026, VPS Grade 3: $79,122 - $96,073 including super.
- Develop job advertisements and advertise on relevant recruitment platforms such as Careers Vic, SEEK and LinkedIn
- Conduct telephone interviews and reference checks
- Facilitate face-to-face assessment activities
- Coordinate pre-employment medicals and security clearances
- Produce employment documentation
- Support the onboarding process
- Maintain databases
- General recruitment administration
