We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our team on a three-year fixed term basis full time or part time (4 days a week). This role provides administration and project support to the Human Resources Director and the broader Human Resources team across a range of people and capability functions.

- Organising, scheduling and setting-up meetings and presentations
- Attending meetings which includes taking/preparing meeting minutes, creating action plans and following up on these to ensure completed
- Managing and maintaining local records and document management databases and assisting the team with electronic records management.
- Coordinating of reports including Board and People and Culture reports
