**About the Role**

**In this Role You Will**:

- Prepare and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver quality service to both internal and external customers
- Maintain a safe and professional working environment, reporting any safety concerns promptly
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales Admin, Despatch, and Inventory
- Monitor and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Raise purchase orders and arrange required services for the centre
- Perform general administrative tasks including CRM and SAP-related duties

**What You Bring to the Role**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Experience using SAP (order entry, stock monitoring, notifications)
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
- A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong time management and the ability to follow processes and policies
- A customer-first mindset with a professional and courteous approach
