**What will you be doing?**
As a fulltime office-based Customer Service Team Leader, you will be providing efficient, accurate and timely service to our clients as well as dealing with daily administrative duties. As part of our Canberra Branch you will be involved with client project teams and work with relative autonomy while still being part of our successful and enthusiastic local and national team.

**About You?**
- You will have a bubbly and friendly personality
- Be a great communicator - with good listening skills
- Be well organised and have a high attention to detail
- Have moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
- Database knowledge will be highly regarded
- Previous customer service experience with success in valuing customer relationships
- The ability and willingness to learn the industry and grow within your role
