Step into this
commercial management position
as our
National Account Manager for Coles
, where you'll be part of a high-performing, commercially astute sales team, who are focused on driving strategic growth and delivering results.

You'll have complete ownership of this major grocery account, partnering with strategically sharp buyers across a number of grocery categories.

About the Role:

Here's a snapshot of your responsibilities.

• You will be
  completely customer focused
  to gain deep understanding of Coles' objectives.
• You'll develop productive relationships with your buyers to drive engagement, communication,
  commercial and strategic conversations
  , steering interactions toward positive commercial outcomes
• You'll be the conduit between Coles and SCJ, translating
  customer insights
  into actionable strategies to ensure growth
• Lead all
  range review processes
  by collaborating with our Head of Grocery, Customer and Commercial Marketing, Category and Finance teams
• Develop and manage
  sales strategy, promotional planning and trade spend
• Create and lead business vital
  JBPs
• Deliver on KPI's, including market share, category and sales performance measures, and
  Customer Business Plan
  metrics
• Collaborate with Coles shopper activation on plans and strategy, build and execution
• Coach and support career development of a talented and driven
  National Account Executive

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 4 years as a customer facing, end to end National or Snr National Account Manager, managing either Coles or Woolworths is essential
• Degree qualified in marketing, business or equally relevant field
• Proven experience leading commercially successful range reviews
• Be an expert communicator and savvy negotiator
• Exceptional commercial and financial understanding and experience managing an account P&L, including Trade Spend

Please note this role is Sydney based, and applicants must be able to work from Lane Cove at least three (3) days per week, be an AUS Citizen or have PR, plus experience managing Coles or WW previously.

• Have excellent negotiation skills and be comfortable entering into strategic conversations
• Strong data analysis skills, with a structured & logical thought process
• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
• Understanding of commercial modelling and ability to interpret numbers/data
