**How will I help?**

Reporting to the Head of Brands, you will be leading and delivering key strategic projects for Chief Brand and Marketing Operations (CBMO) across the Westpac Group.
- Key responsibilities include: _
- Shaping and defining a magnetic brand narrative for each of our brands, ensuring the narrative is embedded tightly and consistently in every element of the bank to build the brand inside out
- Identifying opportunities to build the franchise with consumers and customers so it supports NPS, acquisition and retention targets
- Infusing our products and experiences with the brand narrative connected to customer drivers that make them shine, and appeal more strongly to customers
- Leading specific brand-related projects with strategic thinking that leads to excellence, precision, and enables project delivery
- Enabling and supporting the team as the front door to the brand for the broader business
- Building capability in the brand-led marketing thinking across our immediate team, and more broadly across marketing

**What do I need?**
- Minimum 8+ years in leading and delivering key strategic projects within large organisations, preferably in financial services
- Ability to elevate the confidence and capability of the brand team through training, leadership, and guidance - prior leadership/ mentoring experience is required
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on being able to work in a highly collaborative environment across multiple lines of business
- Resilience and ability to work proactively with a large degree of flexibility in a fast paced, ever-changing, multi-stakeholder environment
