**How will I help?**

Reporting to the Portfolio Director (Privacy), you will be responsible for leading and directing the planning and delivery of multiple change initiatives within a large-scale portfolio of projects or business unit that results in the realisation of business benefits and sustainable outcomes that are aligned to the broader business strategy.

You will also be responsible for:

- Overseeing, ensuring, and enabling regulatory change initiatives to be delivered in line with the Westpac Change Management Framework and Project Execution Framework and methodologies
- Building the capability to provide visibility of change resources across the portfolio or business unit (numbers and utilisation rates by role) and facilitate matching of demand and supply across the business
- Consolidating and disseminating change learning back to project practitioners and stakeholders; oversee, ensure, and enable the development of change capability within the portfolio or business unit; use expertise and experience to coach and mentor change and project community within the portfolio or business unit; identify and close change capability gaps

**What do I need?**
- A strong track record of Change experience with at least 10 years demonstrable experience in managing highly complex change programs across large scale transformation initiatives
- Experiences in delivering regulatory change across the organisation
- Capability to facilitate and foster stakeholder relationships
- Power to exercise governance and best practise
- You will carry a wealth of problem-solving skills and decisive thinking
- Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
- Desire to be constantly challenged and develop new knowledge
- You will be a self-starter, able to work self sufficiently
- Ability to play a mentoring relationship for the wider team

Financial services background is preferred.
