We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated **Marketing Executive** for our team You will play a pivotal role in executing partnership and digital strategies for our team. Collaborating closely with the Partnerships team and reporting to the Head of Marketing, your focus will be on driving sales, enhancing event functions, and strengthening our brand presence across social media platforms. Your contributions will directly impact our brand growth, customer acquisition, and loyalty-building efforts.

**Main responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Collaborate with the Partnership team to implement partner engagement strategies and execute key enterprise partnership programs.
- Develop compelling content for various communication channels in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Create engaging materials such as brochures, EDMs, landing pages, and other collateral to support the Partnership team's initiatives.
- Manage and maintain all social media accounts, with a specific emphasis on LinkedIn, by crafting and scheduling relevant posts.
- Lead the promotional and merchandise program to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Execute marketing campaigns in alignment with the marketing calendar to achieve objectives such as brand growth and customer acquisition.
- Assist the Head of Marketing in overseeing comparison and affiliate sites to achieve targeted results.

**Core Competencies**:

- Undergraduate or Diploma in Marketing (preferred but not essential)
- Proficient in delivering partnership and digital strategies to enhance sales, event functions, and social media presence.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with the Partnership team to execute engagement strategies.
- Experience creating various types of content, including brochures, EDMs, landing pages, and other collateral.
- Proficiency in managing and curating content for social media platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with leading promotional and merchandise programs.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns in line with the marketing calendar to drive brand growth, awareness, and customer loyalty.
- Knowledge of managing comparison and affiliate sites to achieve desired outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
- Willingness to learn and contribute actively to various marketing initiatives

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
