- Full-time availability is required for the first 2 week's training period. 4 to 5 shifts a week ongoing
- $33.80 per hour + Super for the first 6 weeks, increasing to $35.01 + super onwards

**The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming queries through multiple channels
- Provide excellent customer service to students and all stakeholders
- Maintain and update records of student interactions
- Process and action appointment requests

**Skills and Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in sales, customer service or call centre
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Personal experience as a past or current student, or background in higher education
- Superior time management with the ability to work across multiple platforms

A current Working with Children's check is required for this position.
