**About the role**:
Victoria Police is currently advertising one (1) Administrative/Property Officer position within Southern Metro Region, Division One. This role is working within the Port Phillip Crime Investigation Unit (CIU) who are responsible for the investigation of all serious crime reported in the City of Port Phillip. We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and self-driven applicant to undertake administrative/property management duties as part of a driven team. The role will involve interacting with internal and external stakeholders relevant to Victoria Police. The role reports directly to the Officer in Charge in conjunction with the Administration Team Leader at St Kilda Police Station.

**Your duties will include**:
- Receiving, sorting, recording and distributing external and internal correspondence and mail.
- Recording and maintaining all brief of evidence movements and updates.
- Attend to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- The administration and management of all property files held at Port Phillip CIU.
- Filing, archiving and auditing documents.
- Ordering stationary and consumables for the office.
**About You**:
- Professional and confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated administrative experience.
- The ability to prioritise workload and strong time-management skills.
- The ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
- Experience in working with computers and systems to perform a range of administrative tasks including, records management, data entry tasks.
**Further Information**:
- One (1) x full-time, ongoing position available.
- This position is located at St Kilda Police Complex, 92 Chapel Street, St Kilda.
