To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a **Concept Engineering Manager** to join our team.

**The Role**:Reporting to the **General Manager of Development and Reservoir Management**, this role is responsible for driving the integration, optimization, and scope definition of concept engineering opportunities. It requires ensuring a seamless transition from initial evaluation to handover with the Project Delivery organization, aligning within a defined opportunity framework and adhering to Arrow’s opportunity maturation processes.

This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.

**In addition, you will**:

- Maintain a strong focus on the safe design, execution, and operation of both existing and new developments by challenging concepts and designs to ensure safety is prioritized while maintaining a visible presence in ongoing delivery activities and operations.
- Lead the identification, assessment, and management of concept engineering solutions across Arrow's acreage, including the management of basin-wide infrastructure opportunities. Proactively seek collaboration with other stakeholders or third parties (e.g., water and power solutions) to develop competitive commercial solutions.
- Oversee the technical integration, planning, execution, and risk management of upstream concept engineering activities before project sanction. Ensure alignment across internal teams, functional groups, Arrow’s project delivery organization, and external contractors to prepare an executable AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) for Final Investment Decision (FID).
- Lead efforts to align shareholders, stakeholders, and JV partners to ensure identified concept engineering solutions are competitively realized and significant risks are mitigated. Integrate Non-Technical Risk (NTR) management into the asset value proposition and align external commitments, ensuring asset-specific plans are developed, resourced, and executed effectively.
