One of Australia’s largest, trusted, not-for profit organisation operating across New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland is looking for a
**Workflow and Data Analyst** to support Operations Management with regular and ad-hoc reporting and the provision of data insights and analysis with accompanying actionable recommendations to improve care planning and service delivery for our clients.

Initial
**5-Month Contract with potential extension**.

**EXPECTATIONS**:
The key aspects of this role will include but not be limited to:

- Conduct data extraction and reporting
- Analyse data and provide insights
- Actively manage workflows
- Generate business requirements for BI system build

Any other task, assigned by the manager, able to be performed competently and safely.

**COMPETENCIES**:

- Strong experience and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite - particularly Excel and Power BI. Ideally with working knowledge of Microsoft CRM and Power CRM systems
- Analytical skills for reviewing information, analysing data, and making appropriate recommendations for improvement
- Teamwork abilities - a self starter and having the ability to work independently as well as function effectively as a member of a team
- Effective communication skills to ensure that employees are kept informed of developments and that all appropriate staff are aware of issues
- Ability to handle pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced situation
- Attention to detail and accuracy by being thorough, methodical, and systematic
- Strongly preferred experience in the operations of a Home care / Aged care organisation

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Tertiary Qualifications and/or relevant Computer Science
- A statutory declaration is required, confirming residency in a country other than Australia.
