We are seeking a Procedures Analyst to work closely with our operation team tostreamline processes and achieve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Creating and suggesting proposals to improve methods, streamline processes, andsolve organizational problems.
- Collaborating with staffs and observing operations across all levels to understandcurrent risk and compliance practices to improve efficiency.
- Providing support and guidance in creating strategies to enhance customersatisfaction.
- Engaging with different operation teams to determine business and organizationalchallenges.
- Analysing and evaluating current workflow diagrams, records, reports, manuals,systems and structures.
- Evaluating the current merchant onboarding procedures to optimize the use oforganizational resources.
- Supporting the implementation of approved changes by revising old ordocumenting new procedures and manuals.
- Assessing operational procedures and highlighting any deviations from established processes and standards.

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation:
