- The role requires a confident, proactive, professional, and resilient individual who loves picking up the phone and talking to people This role would suit an individual who has had previous experience within a customer-focused role or has a strong interest or understanding of the mortgage and finance industry._

A Not for Profit member organisation for professional mortgage and finance brokers.

**_About the role:_**

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a close knit, collaborative & supportive team.

You will also have the opportunity to become the CRM super user, ensuring the system capabilities are maximised and the process and procedures are streamlined.

**_Duties include but are not limited to:_**
- Membership management, connecting with members regrading renewals, retention and events
- Manage education program enquiries and enrolments to assist members
in their professional development.
- Maintain and update member records and member renewals in the CRM database system. Capturing member feedback, including issues and complaints
- Follow up and organisational skills given the need to interact with all of the business and multiple member contact points.

**_To be successful you will have:_**
- Previous experience in a similar membership or customer engagement role
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Demonstrated experience using CRM systems
- Ability to promote a diverse range of products and services
- Understanding or an interest in the Finance industry would be an advantage
- Professional, personable, and motivated with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team environment
