THE COMPANY

Working for a highly esteemed Member based organisation in Healthcare Education Sector

You will be part of a collaborative & supportive membership team as Membership Service Officer.

THE ROLE

This is not a Sales role.

Other duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Liaise with members regarding the renewal of their membership
- Maintain and update member records and member renewals
- Respond to all enquires, complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain the membership database
- Engage with key internal & external stakeholders eg.
- Complete general administrative and ad hoc tasks
- Provide awareness of events and actives by the organisation

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven phone based customer service (contact centre)

OR phone/web based account management/ sales experience. (Minimum 2 years experience)
- Proficient in Computer softwares/CRM systems
- Must be able to commit to Permanent full time hours
- Background with the Health and Education industry (Highly desired)
