Their members benefit from continuing professional development, information and advice, clinical excellence, and business support.

**About the Role**:
As the Membership & Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting a small and dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service and administration support to their members. The role involves assisting members, volunteer committees and State branches with information, advice and support including advertising, managing bookings for events, updating the website and assisting with communications.

The Australian Society of Orthodontics strongly believes in continuous professional development and flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Previous experience working within a small business ideally within a peak body, membership or association is highly desirable.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Liaise with finance manager on membership fees, payments and defaults
- Provide assistance and administrative support to the team and committees
- Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate patience to members through different processes
- Manage the updating of the online member directory
- General liaison with and support for members, ensuring a customer centric approach

**To be successful you will have**:

- Proven experience working with CRM systems
- Resilience and a proven ability to work effectively with different personalities
- Good stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to engage with both staff and members effectively
- A demonstrated ability to work independently
