**Responsibilities**:
We are currently looking for multiple Casual Call Centre Agents to join our Support Office in North Sydney. You will enjoy a mix of shifts that include working from home & in the office to keep you interested & to support your work/life balance

**The key responsibilities of these roles will include**:

- Answering high-volume inbound customer enquiries and bookings, ensuring a high level of customer service is upheld.
- Up selling of Timezone, Zone Bowling and Kingpin packages and products that will appeal to our customers.
- Understand and contribute to a collaborative and supportive culture.

Skills & Experience
- Experience in a customer service/contact centre/sales environment.
- A vibrant personality that can engage & have fun with our guests.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Exceptional telephone manner, well spoken, clear, friendly and polite.
- A stable internet connection for WFH days
- A true partner that can make themselves indispensable to the team.
- Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings and public holidays, call centre is open 9am-9pm daily.
