What does the job look like?As a Call Centre/ Customer Service Manager, you'll be leading a close-knit team of 40 dedicated call centre professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. This isn't a typical Call Centre – we focus on providing top-tier service and effective solutions to our customers with operational hours from 6 AM to midnight, 7 days a week. Key areas:

  • Coaching and leading teams across customer service
  • Managing all escalations both internally and with clientele
  • Reporting and analyzing teams' performance
  • Continuous improvement to systems and processes
  • Responsible for team budget

Are you the one?Your previous experience in this area makes you a true subject matter expert. Your energy and passion for team collaboration and excellence are infectious. You are an excellent communicator, someone that listens and responds well. You can demonstrate:
  • Previous experience in a leadership position in customer service environment
  • Solution orientated attitude
  • Natural flair to build relationships and influence outcomes
  • Intermediate excel skills
  • An excellent attitude with a desire to lead, coach and develop others
