Our passion is contagious, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join our Customer Service Team on permanent basis. Working hours will be 9am - 5:30pm, including one day on the weekend.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Customer Service & Insights Lead, this role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Grill’d Customer Service Channels, predominately online customer feedback. You’ll champion the customer within the business towards better customer experiences and greater brand affinity. This role will be a mix of in-office (Richmond, Vic) and work from home.

**Your responsibilities will include (but aren’t limited to)**:

- Reporting on customer feedback metrics and insights
- Providing information on trends and customer behaviour
- Flagging opportunities for growth and improvement
- Updating FAQs, tag logics, and Macros
- Supporting the Social Media Manager when required
- Working weekend, public holiday and evening rostered hours (when required)

- You can confidently perform and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- You’re a self-starter who is performance-driven
- You’re a problem solver, you can solve any conflict big or small
- You’ve got exceptional written & verbal communication skills
- You can put yourself in the customer’s shoes
- You’re highly organised and detail orientated
- You ideally have had exposure to Intercom or Zendesk, Slack andSalesforce
- You can work (ideally)
- You hold full, ongoing working rights in Australia
