In this role, you’ll engage targeted residents on behalf of a government energy initiative for Victoria called the (VEU) Victorian Energy Upgrade. This product is 100% FREE - so there are no actual sales involved. You’re coordinating the installation and setup of the device once a customer says yes to installation. When the customer agrees to installation, our team clips the device onto their meter box, has them download a free app, and the sales rep coordinates setting everything up. That’s all there is to it

- **What You Can Expect Day-to-Day**_
While every day varies, the core job duties include:
- Call on residents to show them how to activate the (VEU) Victorian Energy Upgrade
- Assist with coordinating the installation and set-up o every IHD (In Home Display) accepted
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to all clients throughout the process
- Answer customer questions and offer essential details to drive the highest levels of IHD acceptance
- Interact with the customer with integrity, a professional appearance, and a positive attitude
- Ad hoc duties, as requested
- **What it Takes**_
The most successful representatives are tenacious, personable sales ambassadors that strive to offer the best customer service.
This is role is 30 hrs. /week from 11.30am-5.30 pm.
Minimum Required:
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest quality experience
- Superb customer service skills
- Reliable with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to successfully pass pre-employment screening requirements
