**Showroom & Sales Consultant - Tile & Bathware Industry**
**Location**: Amber Tiles Albion

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **well-presented, motivated team player** to join our professional showroom team. You’ll deliver **exceptional customer experiences**, assist with **design consultations**, and help drive sales across a broad range of **tiles, bathware, and home renovation products**.

**Daily Responsibilities**
- Work closely with customers to understand their design goals and provide tailored solutions
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners, designers, and industry professionals
- Collaborate with architects and interior designers
- Assist with showroom visual merchandising and upkeep
- Manage administrative tasks: phone enquiries, data entry, CRM updates, and order processing

**Who We’re Looking For**

- Strong interest in **design, renovation, or building products**:

- Comfortable using computers and modern point-of-sale systems
- Great **communication and presentation skills**:

- **Retail or design industry experience** is a bonus—but not essential
- Must be available to work **5 days per week, including Saturdays** (we’re closed Sundays)
