We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Casual Colour and Design Sales Consultant.

**Role Overview**: As a Colour and Design Sales Consultant, you will be the creative force behind our customer interactions. Your role is to inspire and guide our customers in making their tile and stone design dreams a reality. You will provide expert advice on colour schemes, design trends, and product selections, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a vision for their space.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Welcome and engage customers, understanding their needs and aspirations to provide personalised design solutions.
- **Expert Advice**: Offer professional advice on colour palettes, design trends, and product choices to help customers create their ideal spaces.
- **Sales Excellence**: Drive sales by showcasing our products and services, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- **Creative Displays**: Assist in creating eye-catching in-store displays that inspire and captivate our customers.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.

**Work Schedule**:

- **Saturdays**: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- **Weekdays**: Two days during the week, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour
