Amber Tiles Albion is seeking a well-presented and proactive Showroom & Sales Consultant to join our vibrant team. Whether you're from a retail, interiors, or design background—or just have a passion for home improvement—we'll provide the training to help you thrive in this rewarding role.

Amber Tiles Albion is part of the respected Amber Tiles network—specialising in high-quality floor and wall tiles, bathware, natural stone, and outdoor solutions. We're known for our expertise, service, and an outstanding showroom experience.

*What You'll Be Doing*

  • Assisting customers in selecting tiles, bathware, and renovation products
  • Delivering expert advice and exceptional in-store service
  • Collaborating with homeowners, architects, and interior designers
  • Maintaining showroom presentation and visual merchandising
  • Handling admin tasks like phone calls, data entry, and order processing

What we are looking for

  • Engaging, customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
  • Well-presented, confident, and team-oriented
  • Good computer and technology skills
  • Interest in design, interiors, or renovation (ideal but not essential)
  • Available to work Saturdays (we're closed Sundays)
  • Retail sales experience is a bonus—especially in tiles or bathware
