Showroom & Sales Consultant – Tile & Bathware Industry

Location: Amber Tiles Albion

About the Role

We're looking for a well-presented, motivated team player to join our professional showroom team. You'll deliver exceptional customer experiences, assist with design consultations, and help drive sales across a broad range of tiles, bathware, and home renovation products.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Work closely with customers to understand their design goals and provide tailored solutions
  • Build lasting relationships with homeowners, designers, and industry professionals
  • Collaborate with architects and interior designers
  • Assist with showroom visual merchandising and upkeep
  • Manage administrative tasks: phone enquiries, data entry, CRM updates, and order processing

Who We're Looking For

  • A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Strong interest in design, renovation, or building products
  • Comfortable using computers and modern point-of-sale systems
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Retail or design industry experience is a bonus—but not essential
  • Must be available to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays (we're closed Sundays)
