Groove Tiles & Stone are seeking a Full-Time Sales/Design Consultant to join our sales team based at our architectural Showroom Albion. Previous sales experience within the tile and stone industry will be highly regarded however not essential for this position. Ideally your customer service skills and ability to design creatively with colour and textures will be a strength.

PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE:
As a critical member of the Groove Team the Sales/Design Consultant works collaboratively to provide customers with a caring, consistent, professional and solution focused service from tile concept to completion. Empowered, supported and encouraged by a proactive and progressive management team the Sales/Design Consultant will utilise their strengths to build their capabilities and grow their career.

ABOUT THE PERSON IN THIS ROLE:
The successful applicant will have the following capabilities and experience:

- Creative flair for colour and design
- Confident, friendly, positive approach with excellent communication skills
- Be a good, continuous learner, eager to acquire and share product information
- Be well organised
- Have previous successful sales experience
- Personal interest in interior design and building supplies

Training will be provided for this exciting career opportunity.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
