Our client is a Finance services provider company based in southern suburbs of Perth. They now require a Receptionist to look after the reception area, meeting and greeting clients/visitors and to perform ad hoc administrative duties. This position is offered on full-time casual ongoing basis with a view of becoming a permanent employee.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties Include**:

- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors.
- Respond to in-coming calls and transfer to internal staff members.
- Data entry and document control.
- Ensure the reception area is kept clean/tidy.
- Ordering of stationery and office consumables.
- Assist with invoicing and purchase orders.
- Photocopying, Scanning, Filing, faxing and archiving of documents.
- Other administrative duties when required.

**Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required**:

- Previous experience gained in a Reception/Administration position.
- Previous experience working with Excel (spreadsheets, pivot tables, create/format formulas)
- Be able work in a fast-paced environment.
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Be highly motivated and a strong team player.
