**About the Role**
As a Sales Manager at Square Yards Australia, you will play a pivotal role in leading and building a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for managing interstate real estate sales, driving business development, recruiting and training talent, and achieving revenue targets. **Key Responsibilities**
- Recruit, build, train, and lead a team of 5-20 sales professionals.
- Drive inter-state property sales across key Australian markets.
- Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members in sales, negotiation, and market knowledge.
- Monitor team performance, set sales targets, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
- Perform in-depth market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.
- Act as a role model by demonstrating hands-on selling, deal closures, and client relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to optimize lead conversion and client engagement.
**Who We’re Looking For**
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience, investment property sales, real estate or related industries.
- Prior experience in managing a sales team of 4-5 people (with potential to scale up to 20).
- Strong understanding of interstate real estate markets and proven track record in interstate selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Business acumen with a results-driven, go-getter attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with a passion for team success.
**Requirements**:
- Relevant sales/real estate industry experience and credentials preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Australian citizen, Permanent Resident, or holder of a valid working visa.
