We currently have a** rare opportunity** for an experienced and motivated leader to join as a **General Used Car Sales Manager**. Working alongside experienced sales executives you will establish and maintain successful and high performing sales teams.

**About the role**:
In this role you will oversee the Pre-Owned Cars Sales Department at both **Parramatta Jaguar Land Rover** and **Denlo Volkswagen** to achieve budgeted volumes, gross profit, and Customer Service benchmarks whilst expanding on available sales opportunities.

With proven experience within a Sales Management position, you will harness your existing skills and experience to lead and motivate a team of Used Car Sales Consultants by example to ensure sales targets are reached and exceeded regularly.

**About you**:

- Have a proven track record in sales as well as leadership within the automotive industry
- Have a great ability to build rapport and relationships with customers
- Have an in-depth understanding of the financial aspects of the business
- Have the ability to create forecasts and analyse sales trends
