**A typical day as the company's Head of Online Sales**
- Executing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential target markets.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and establish pricing strategies.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear performance goals and objectives, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture.
- Establish sales monitoring metrics and forecast cadence to evaluate team performance.
- Implement sales analytics and reporting systems to identify trends.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
- Lead strategic business development initiatives and deal negotiation.
- Identifying new sales opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs.
- Collaborate with finance and senior management to develop sales forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor and analyse sales expenses, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Provide insights and recommendations for sales promotions and pricing adjustments.

**Does this sound like you?**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Head of Sales, Telesales, or a similar senior sales leadership role.
- Strong track record of achieving online sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, stakeholder presentations, and team leadership.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in sales software, Salesforce CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex market dynamics.
- Industry knowledge and experience in a relevant market sector (desirable).
