A new and exciting opportunity is available for a personable and passionate individual to join our team at **Parramatta BMW and MINI Garage**, in the position of **Assistant New Car Sales Manager**.

**About you**:
We are looking for an individual who has strong customer service skills with a proven track record in automotive sales. You will be highly organised, a proactive thinker, have experience in managing a sales team and act as a motivating force to drive business outcomes.

**About you**:
**To be successful in your new role you'll have/be**:

- Previous management experience will be highly regarded
- Previous automotive sales experience
- Strong customer service skills
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- A strong work ethic
- A current driver's licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Committed and motivated
