We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader to join as a New Car Sales Manager. Working alongside the team of experienced sales executives you will establish and maintain a successful and high performing sales team.

The key accountabilities in this role include:

- Working with the General Sales Manager to control the acquisition of all new vehicle stock while maintaining inventory levels
- Market and position our dealership as Sydney's premier BMW dealership, through the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Leading and managing a team of sales executives by example to ensure sales targets are reached and exceeded regularly

To ensure your success you will:

- Have a proven track record in sales as well as leadership within the automotive industry
- Have a great ability to build rapport and relationships with customers
- Have an in-depth understanding of the financial aspects of the business
- Have the ability to create forecasts and analyse sales trends
