Your Nextt role
We are seeking a Scheduler to join our Melbourne team. Our Nextt person will join us with proven experience working in a similar role in the Disability/Mental Health sector. This role reports to the National Scheduling Manager and some of the day-to-day activities include:
- Working closely with our Customer Relations Managers & Intake Managers supporting and developing the Support Worker teams
- Actively participate in team and cross functional meetings whilst providing support to the customer service & scheduling team
- Provide exceptional customer service in a timely manner.
- Ensure support workers are placed into active shifts based on individual participant needs and follow up progress
- Identify shortfalls and provide proactive solutions to the team

Are you Nextt
- Do you have excellent organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail?
- Do you have experience working either in a scheduling role or in a role that includes managing high volume of calls?
- Do you have excellent written & verbal communication skills, influencing & negotiation skills, and critical problem-solving skills?
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
