Monash Health is excited to announce a Scheduler position had become available within its Community Support Options program.

Full time ongoing role responsible for scheduling rosters for clients and Direct Care Workers.

**About the Role**

Working within our program you will work closely with your teammates to coordinate client services. Scheduling is a vital role in the effective delivery of streamlined services for our community. The role establishes and maintains client rostering of services to our direct care staff.

**About You**

You have been developing your scheduling skills or you are an accomplished scheduler. You lead by example, thrive working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and are truly passionate about delivering a high standard of care to all clients. You are an advocate of Monash Health’s Strategic Guiding Principles.

**You Are Also**
- a natural problem solver who communicates effectively and proffessionally.
- able to work within a high volume and fast paced environment with exceptional time managment skills.

**What You Need**
- Relevant Qualification Secretarial / Business Administration Studies.
- Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics or call centre.
- Demonstarted experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detail.
