Job Description Summary

Service Stream's Telecommunications Division are currently seeking a Project Coordinator located at our Adelaide (SA) office to assist our National Planning and Community Relations SME.
About the Role

The Project Coordinator will assist the National Planning and Community Relations SME in the completion of SAED functions. The role includes coordination, administration, organisation, communication, innovation, and document control for SAED.

Key responsibilities:

- Rectify acceptance issues
- RFNSA administration tasks (administration and uploading documents and photos for SAED planners)
- Organise internal letterbox drops and signs on site for all SAED teams
- Submit newspaper notices and review proofs
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
- Upload to the SAED document library and share folders
- Upload and download information from customer data bases
- Assist in report preparation
- Review incoming documentation and identify issues/areas that need addressing
- Arrange meetings
- Document management
- Prepare and review hand over packs (HOPs)
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of training packs
- Assist planners in research, follow-up calls, obtain building plans etc.
- Make payments and raise POs
- Track payments in Zoho and PORFs
- Reconcile invoices and expense claims
- Add sites to both project and financial databases
- Other tasks as delegated

Key requirements:

- Background in administrative support highly regarded
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel including running reports and PivotTables
- Ability to multi-task
