You will have a good working knowledge of the NDIS system and an understanding of how to support Participants implement their plans, and facilitating reviews when needed.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage an agreed caseload of participants.
- To assist Participants to link to NDIS and various support systems
- Oversee plan budgets and assess effectiveness to ensure Participants utilise their funding efficiently.
- Coordinate and prepare Participant’s disability-related reports and information in readiness for their plan reviews, change of circumstance or Review of Reviewable decision meetings.
- Broker supports identified by Participants in line with their plan and wishes.
- To ensure that any intermediatory services are consistent with the aspirations of Participants while remaining within their NDIS plan budget.
- Support Participants to utilise their NDIS funding to maximise support available so they can achieve their full potential.
- Using a co-design approach to support Participants during unexpected or unforeseen events, crises or changes to their support needs and support systems.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: $35.77 - $39.26 per hour
