**A bit about the role**

We’re looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales and Account Management team based in Perth on a 12-month contract.

You will play an instrumental role in ensuring the timely and efficient execution of sales processes by working closely with our Account Managers and Business Development Executives.

Our Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for following up on leads, contract coordination and support and answering enquiries using your excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have a strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to provide solutions.

With an eye for detail and exceptional project management skills, you will support our team by collating and evaluating Salesforce data to provide valuable insights.

You are a champion when it comes to working collaboratively and using your organisational skills to support the delivery of pitches, contracts, tenders and other sales documents. There is more to this role and will be an excellent pathway to front-line sales roles within our business.

As the Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

- Maintaining and validating Salesforce and other CRM systems based on sales activities
- Explaining features of products and services
- Contributing to contracts and tender documents
- Scheduling demonstrations and other meetings
- Researching and qualifying new leads
- Follow up on leads by communicating with prospective and current clients

**We’d like you to have**
- Previous experience in technology or a related junior sales position is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and other CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and establish strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organised with an ability to multi-task
