We are on the lookout for a reliable and welcoming Medical Receptionist to work on a part-time basis. You will be managing a single specialist practice, and we pride ourselves on providing high-quality, personal care to all patients.

**About the Role**:

- Location: Bowral
- Hours: Part-time 3 days a week
- Welcoming patients, booking appointments, answering phones
- Managing referrals, billing (including Medicare/WorkCover), and general admin
- Supporting the surgeon and keeping the front desk running smoothly
- Managing correspondence

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in medical reception (specialist or GP rooms preferred)
- Friendly, organised, and confident on the phone
- Comfortable using medical software (Gentu is a bonus)
- Someone who enjoys working in a small team and helping people
- Able to work independently and take initiative

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
