**About the role**

Ontrac Health part of Lifecare are seeking a Receptionist to join our dedicated team and positively contribute to the exceptional care of our patients. This is a full-time role working to support the team in Bowral located in the Southern Highlands.

You will enjoy been ideally located in the centre of town close to local cafes, free parking, and access to the clinic’s gym. This position given its nature is required to deliver a professional and confidential service whilst also demonstrating a high quality of customer service orientation.

**In this role you will be **
- Answering and addressing incoming telephone queries in a timely and polite manner
- Supporting the team of Exercise Physiologists
- Scheduling patient appointments and answering general queries
- Processing payments, invoicing and balancing daily banking
- General housekeeping duties including general tidying of clinic rooms, clinic waiting areas, kitchen clean up and replenishing items in mentioned areas
- Various other administrative duties

- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Practice Manager Software
